These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from ProLab Peptides (“we”, “us”, “our”) via prolabs.bio.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ProLab Peptides supplies compounds strictly for research purposes only. Products are not for human or animal consumption.
1. Research-Use-Only Products
All products sold by ProLab Peptides are:
Intended strictly for laboratory and research use
Not intended for human consumption
Not intended for animal use
Not intended for medical, cosmetic, or therapeutic purposes
By purchasing from us, you confirm that:
You are purchasing for legitimate research purposes
You understand the nature of the products
You will not misuse the products
We reserve the right to refuse supply where misuse is suspected.
2. Buyer Responsibilities
The buyer is solely responsible for:
Ensuring lawful purchase and use in their jurisdiction
Handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with applicable laws
Ensuring products are used only by qualified professionals
Compliance with all local regulations
ProLab Peptides accepts no responsibility for unlawful, improper, or unsafe use.
3. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
Limit quantities
Request additional verification before dispatch
An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
Adjust pricing without notice
Correct pricing errors
Cancel orders arising from obvious pricing mistakes
Prices do not include shipping unless specified.
5. Taxes & Duties
For UK customers, VAT (if applicable) will be included or displayed at checkout.
For international customers:
You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction.
We are not responsible for customs delays or seizures.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment provider.
We do not store full card details.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is declined or suspected to be fraudulent.
7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly after confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for:
Courier delays
Customs delays
Delivery issues outside our control
Risk in the goods transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research-use products, returns may not be accepted once dispatched unless:
The product is defective
The incorrect item was supplied
Any return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
9. Prohibited Use
Products sold by ProLab Peptides must not be:
Used for human consumption
Used for animal consumption
Used in clinical or therapeutic applications
Marketed or resold for unauthorised purposes
Misuse may result in refusal of future orders and potential reporting to authorities where legally required.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
ProLab Peptides shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
We are not liable for misuse, improper handling, or regulatory violations by the buyer.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProLab Peptides against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Improper use of products
Violation of applicable laws
Breach of these Terms
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
